I could never tell where I should pick up my kids, they were moved all over the center in order to "stay within ratio." The bathrooms where disgusting, I couldn't even imagine using them myself. The teachers where constantly left with too many children. In the brief period I was there, I came in many times to see flustered teachers yelling down the hallway for help and not getting any. I asked a staff member about the behavior of the children in the class and she told me that the children who misbehave are constantly subdued with leaving class (wherein they receive time, attention and very often treats), the children who behave are the only ones expected to do so, they get forgotten because most of the staffs energy is spent tip toeing around the children with behavioral problems. She said that most of the children who stay there or return have behavioral problems (to the point of violence and profanity), and are literally uncontrollable. While I was there the director showed special attention to my child, but when I had someone the director and staff were not familiar with to pick them up, we saw how my child was really treated. As soon as they said they were there for my child, she started paying special attention to him and even gave them a cookie.The director is all smiles and in your child's face, but if you have a real concern, nothing is done or you are met with an attitude or excuses. We didn't stay long, I had to find some where else for my kids.
